state Tottenham agreed terms with Frank following the departure of Ange Postecoglou but there has been a hold-up in getting the deal over the line. The report adds the delay was down to the Bees' efforts to keep Frank's 'highly-rated' assistant Justin Cochrane, but he too will now head to Spurs.
