Life at Celtic must be rather enjoyable right now as Brendan Rodgers strives to make it a domestic clean sweep during his first season in charge of his beloved Bhoys.

The former Liverpool coach may well go through the entire campaign in Scotland unbeaten and, as a result, can focus on preparing for what is hopefully a better challenge in the Champions League next season.

Naturally, the Hoops are likely to be linked with potential targets from across the continent as they seek improvement on that front, though one man recently linked is currently plying his trade a lot closer to home.

Emerson Hyndman, currently on loan with bitter rival Rangers, had been mooted as a potential target for the SPFL champions. While the American international has had a reasonably positive impact with the Gers since joining on loan from Bournemouth, there is a lot more competition for places at Parkhead right now.

So, with that in mind, we asked our Celtic-supporting readers here at Football FanCast if they thought the USMNT star would fit in at Celtic Park.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, considering the strength of the front line this season, the majority of you (56%) don’t believe there’s a place for the former Fulham man in green and white next season.

Still, a rather strong 44% believe there is a chance he could fit in next term, adding to the quality on offer in attacking berths.
